Digital Image Rights

Please note, Canadian Show Car .ca c/o Maximum Aperture DMP, still maintains full rights to all images, including non-watermarked images. You are free to use all watermarked images for whatever purposes you wish, so long as you leave the watermark image intact in the photo. You are also free to use, post-process, and/or modify any non-watermarked image so long as you include a reference to me by including a "Photo credits: Maximum Aperture DMP (or Maximum Aperture Digital Media Productions)" somewhere visible on the original, processed/modified image. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions could result in legal action.
