Online Store
CanadianShowCar.ca c/o Maximum Aperture DMP, still maintains full rights to all images, including non-watermarked images. You are free to use all watermarked images for whatever purposes you wish, so long as you leave the watermark image intact in the photo. You are also free to use, post process, and/or modify any non-watermarked image so long as you include reference to me by including a "Photo credits: Maximum Aperture DMP (or Maximum Aperture Digital Media Productions)" somewhere visible on the original, processed/modified image, or as a caption to that image contained in print or on a website. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions could result in legal action.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR ANY REASON, FOR ANY PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED IMAGES FROM THIS WEBSITE
